Why is my boiler not heating?

Hot water from a hot water boiler will typically be between 90-95 degrees.

If your hot water boiler doesn't appear to be heating water correctly please try the following:

  1. Double check the machine is plugged in and switched on
  2. Check the machine has not been overused.

If this has not resolved the issue, please complete our Service Request form and one of our water experts will be in touch to arrange an engineer's visit.
