Water should always be pure. This is one of the main passions that drive everyone here are Waterlogic. We strive to achieve pure water, in every sense of the word.

This is why in the past we’ve written about our concerns around the the pollution taking place in our oceans, and how we can work together to help fight this huge threat. Unfortunately, there are also viruses and pathogens that are severely effecting the water we find in our seas, oceans, rivers and even our drinking supplies. Since the 1950’s there has been a huge surge in water borne pathogens spreading across the world. In fact, today water contamination effects every single continent and can have deadly consequences.

To bring attention to this threat and in recognition of Water Week 2016, John Vidal, the Guardians Environment Editor, has written this interesting and eye opening piece. John writes about the dire situation we currently find ourselves in with water pollution across the world, and what we can do to solve this problem.
